Westbrooke Manor is a larger Farmington Hills MI subdivision. The subdivision has several legal divisions within it, but visually there are two (2) main sections.
There is an older section in the eastern portion (Westbrooke Manor and Westbrooke Manor No. 2) that has mostly older medium or larger size ranch homes with an occasional tri-level built in the late 1950's to mid 1960's. The other section has more of a mix between colonials, ranches, and tri-levels that were built a little later.
This pattern seems similar to the way the neighboring Kendallwood subdivision was built.

Here is a colonial design that is fairly standard, but the second level balcony facade design seems to be unique to this particular subdivision. You can see that in other places, but this is the only place within Farmington Hills that has this.
There are many ranch homes here.
There are also quite a few tri-level homes. Notice the different styles and sizes.
Here is a typical street view within Westbrooke Manor. This area is not heavily wooded, but there are many mature trees. Some of them hang over part of the street.
The Westbrooke Manor subdivision is between Farmington Road and Orchard Lake Road, and it is north of 13 Mile Road. There is a direct entrance on 13 Mile Road, but but by using other subdivisions it is accessible from Farmington Road or 12 Mile Road by going through Kendallwood.
This subdivision is a short drive from I-696, which provides easy access to many of the local major highways (M-10, I-275, M-14, and M-39). It is also near a lot of shopping on Orchard Lake Road.
