Richland Gardens is a subdivision community that is perfect for a starter home. However, there is an enormous amount of variety of housing styles, sizes, types, and ages.
The subdivision is somewhat large; it is ten (10) blocks wide from west to east. While it has irregular boundaries, it is roughly one-quarter (1/4) of a mile from north to south.
There are older, smaller ranches.
There are larger ranches.
There are several different types of bungalows.
