Farmington Glens is a smaller Farmington Hills MI subdivision. It is connected with Farmington Ridge and Farmington Grove. The homes within this subdivision were built in the 1980's.


There are many colonials within this subdivision.


There is an occasional ranch.


There is a nice walking path and park in the middle of this subdivision. (You can click on the picture to get a better view.)


Here are a couple of street views. There are trees, but this is not a wooded subdivision. The roads are curvy to provide an extra visual dimension within the neighborhood.


This is a view of the entrance into the subdivision. It has a nice garden in its boulevard divider.

The Farmington Glens subdivision is north of 13 Mile Road and between Haggerty Road and Halsted Road. There is a direct entrance into this subdivision from 13 Mile Road. It is also accessible from Haggerty Road and Halsted Road by going through Farmington Ridge. It is also accessible from 14 Mile Road by going through multiple subdivisions.

Farmington Ridge is a medium size Farmington Hills MI subdivision. It is connected with Farmington Grove and Farmington Glens. The homes within this subdivision were built in the 1980's.

There are a few nice brick ranch homes. Some of them have vaulted ceilings.


Here is a street view. There are trees, but this is not a wooded subdivision.

The Farmington Ridge subdivision is north of 13 Mile Road, and it is between Haggerty Road and Halsted Road. There is a direct entrance into this subdivision from Haggerty Road and Halsted Road. It is also accessible from 13 Mile Road by going through Farmington Glens. It is also accessible from 14 Mile Road by going through Country Ridge.

Walnut Hills is an extremely small subdivision in Farmington Hills MI. There are only a few homes here, but the stately colonial homes are quite pleasing to the eye. Each is recently built and has over 3000 square feet, possibly more.


The Walnut Hills subdivision is between 13 Mile Road and 14 Mile Road with an entry from Haggerty Road. This is just across the street from Walled Lake, and it is near M-5 North, which provides a nice feed into I-96, I-696, and I-275. It is not far from M-14, which makes it convenient to get to Ann Arbor, too.

Copperwood North is a tiny Farmington Hills MI subdivision that sits within Strathmore subdivision. It is only one street with six (6) houses on Kennedy Court. The houses were built in the mid-1990's.


All of the homes within this Farmington Hills MI subdivision except one are colonials. They are well designed and unique.


There is one ranch home here, and it has unique roof lines and vaulted ceilings.



There is a nice view as you enter this Farmington Hills MI subdivision. You transcend down the fill into the elegant looking subdivision. (Click on the picture to get a better look.)

The Copperwood North subdivision is south of 13 Mile Road and east of Haggerty Road. There is not any entrance into this subdivision. You need to enter it by going through the Strathmore subdivision, which can be accessed from either 13 Mile Road or Drake Road.

This subdivision is near M-5 North, which provides a nice feed into I-96, I-696, and I-275. It is not far from M-14, which makes it convenient to get to Ann Arbor, too.

Strathmore is a large subdivision near the Novi border. The houses were built in the late 1980's and early 1990's. Many of the homes within this Farmington Hills MI subdivision are large.


Not only do the colonials come in many different styles, they also have a good variety of sizes, too. The colonials have roughly 2800 to 3500 square feet of space.

There are a few ranches, too, and several styles are showcased.


As you can see from these pictures, this Farmington Hills MI subdivision is not a heavily wooded, which means there will be little work to do this Fall.

The Strathmore subdivision is at the 13 Mile Road and Haggerty Road intersection, and you can enter the sub from either road. Across the street from Novi, it is near M-5 North, which provides a nice feed into I-96, I-696, and I-275. It is not far from M-14, which makes it convenient to get to Ann Arbor, too.

Legacy Oaks is a small subdivision in Farmington Hills MI, off Haggerty Road. The homes were newly built in 2010 and 2011. There are only 24 homes within the sub, and the yards are small and easy to maintain.


The size of these colonials vary, but they have roughly 2000 to 2500 square feet.


The Legacy Oaks subdivision is near 12 Mile Road with an entry from Haggerty Road. This is less than one mile from M-5 North, which provides a nice feed into I-96, I-696, and I-275. It is not far from M-14, which makes it convenient to get to Ann Arbor, too.
