Staman Acres is a medium size Farmington Hills MI subdivision. It is an early concept country style subdivision with larger lots. Most of the homes were built in the 1950's, 1960's, and 1970's. The roads are curvy, providing some viewing variety within the subdivision. The eastern part of the sub is more wooded than most of the western part.


Mostly, there are a lot of ranch homes. Some of them are the traditional rambling ranch.


There are some tri-levels.


There is an occasional newer home.

There are some colonials, too.


Here are a couple of street views. Some parts are more wooded than others, but the curvy roads combined with the mature trees--no matter how many--create a lot of nice neighborhood views.

The Staman Acres subdivision is between 10 Mile Road and 11 Mile Road, and it is between Power Road and Orchard Lake Road. There is a direct entrance into this subdivision from both Power Road and Orchard Lake Road.
