Holly Hill Farms is a small Farmington Hills MI subdivision. This is an early concept country style subdivision. It has curvy roads, and the yards are large. Most of the subdivision is moderately to heavily wooded. Most of the homes were built in the 1960's.
With this type of subdivision, you expect to see a lot of ranch homes.
However, this subdivision has a lot of raised ranches.
It also has quite a few tri-levels, also. The styles of these vary more here than in most other places.
There is an occasional colonial style home.
There is even an occasional bi-level home or two that is not a raised ranch.

The Holly Hill Farms subdivision is south of 13 Mile Road and west of Middlebelt Road. There is a direct entrance into this subdivision from Orchard Lake Road, but it is also accessible from 12 Mile Road by going through a combination of Rollcrest and Glenbrook subdivisions.
