Glenbrook is a small Farmington Hills MI subdivision. It only has one street plus a small cul-de-sac. This is an extension of Holly Hill Farms, which is also an early concept country style subdivision. Unlike Holly Hill Farms, this street is straight. The lots are large. Most of the subdivision is moderately wooded. Most of the homes--with some exceptions--were built in the 1960's and 1970's.
With this type of subdivision, you expect to see a lot of ranch homes.

The Glenbrook subdivision is between 12 Mile Road and 13 Mile Road, and it is west of Middlebelt Road. There is a direct entrance into this subdivision from Orchard Lake Road, but it is also accessible from 12 Mile Road by going through Rollcrest.
