Schroeder's Farm is a small Farmington Hills MI subdivision. There is only one street, but it is almost one-half mile long. This is a dirt road, but it has a lot of housing variety, including newer construction, and the yards are large. Some of the yards are heavily wooded (especially the west side of the street), but some of the others have nearly no trees at all.
There are a lot of ranch homes.
There are several colonials within this subdivision, and some of them were recently built.
