Franklin Fairway is a small Farmington Hills MI subdivision. It is only one street, but it is about one-half mile long. This is a heavily wooded subdivision, and there is not any style that is represented heavily. Instead, this subdivision offers a wide variety of home styles, and many of the homes took creative liberties with its design.
Franklin Fairway is a subdivision that is worth a drive through it. The thick woods and hilly landscape make it picturesque, and many of the homes have a unique, older design and are neat to see.
There are some larger, standard ranch homes.
There are a few ranch homes within Franklin Fairway that have a little more creative design.
There are several one-of-a-kind ranches, too.
There are a few newer construction colonials that look nice.
There are also distinctively designed colonials within here, also.
