Springbrook is a medium size Farmington Hills MI subdivision. This is an older concept township style subdivision. The yards are much larger and many of the houses are older. The southeast portion (closest to Middlebelt Road and 10 Mile Road--Springbrook No. 4) of this subdivision is a little newer, but the yards are smaller (average size compared to many other subdivisions).
This subdivision has a lot of older traditional ranch homes. Many of them are the larger rambling ranch type.

There is an occasional tri-level home within this subdivision.
There are also a few colonial homes, but most of these were covered by too many trees to get a good picture.
