Old Farm Colony is a small Farmington Hills MI subdivision. This is an older concept township style subdivision. The yards are a little larger than they are in the standard subdivision. There is a mix of house sizes and ages, but many of the houses are older.

This subdivision has a lot of older traditional ranch homes, most likely built in the 1950's or 1960's. A few of them appear to be built in the 1970's or 1980's, though.

There is an occasional raised ranch home.

There are several colonial homes. Most of these are classic style, built in the 1960's.

Here are a few views from streets within the Old Farm Colony subdivision. This sub is moderately wooded. There are many mature trees within this subdivision, and several of them hang over the streets in some parts.

There are several unique homes in the back portion of the subdivision, after you cross the bridge.

The Old Farm Colony subdivision is south of 10 Mile Road and west of Inkster Road. The only entrance into this subdivision is from 10 Mile Road.
