Strathmore is a large subdivision near the Novi border. The houses were built in the late 1980's and early 1990's. Many of the homes within this Farmington Hills MI subdivision are large.

Across the street from Novi, it is near M-5 North, which provides a nice feed into I-96, I-696, and I-275. It is not far from M-14, which makes it convenient to get to Ann Arbor, too.
