Forestbrook Hills is actual name of this Farmington Hills MI subdivision, but the entry sign says Forestbrook Hills/Pebblebrook Estates, and the city subdivision map calls the area Duke's Forestbrook Hills.Regardless of the name, the homes within this subdivision are nice but mostly unspectacular. However, the heavily wooded and hilly area makes this one of the most picturesque and often in-demand areas within Farmington Hills.

There are mostly older mid-size to larger ranches within the sub.
