Pine Creek(Pinecreek) is a a small Farmington Hills MI subdivision with a mixture of housing types and ages. This is not a wooded subdivision. The entry sign says Pine Creek, but the city's subdivision map calls this area Pinecreek.
Many of the homes within this subdivision seem to be built in the 1980's and 1990's. Some of the colonials were possibly built in the early 2000's, but this is simply speculation.
The Farmington Hills MI subdivision has several colonials with roughly over 2500 square feet of space. These seem to be the newest homes within the sub.
There are ranches within this subdivision, also. Some seem to be built in the 1970's, but others seem to be built in the 90's or 2000's. They all seem to be closer to being large than small.
There also are a few tri-level homes that appear to be nice but an older style.
The Pine Creek (Pinecreek) subdivision is just south of 10 Mile Road and is east of Middlebelt Road.
