Churchill Estates is a smaller Farmington Hills MI subdivision that connects to a few other subdivisions to make a larger residential complex. The homes were built in the early 1970's, around the same time as the neighboring Licolnshire East (East Lincolnshire). It seems like there are a few more colonials within this subdivision than there are within the neighboring sub, and there seem to be more larger colonials.

This Farmington Hills MI subdivision is a couple of miles from Northwestern Highway, which provides easy access to many of the local major highways (M-10, I-696, and M-39).
