Kimberly Gardens is a small Farmington Hills MI subdivision, just off Tuck Road. The subdivision is still being developed. At the time of this post, there are 16 homes already built, but there are empty lots, still. Most of the homes are colonials.
A couple of the houses are ranches.
The Kimberly Gardens subdivision is between 8 Mile Road and 9 Mile Road (just south of M-5 East), with an entrance from Tuck Road. This is less than one mile from M-5 North, which provides a nice feed into I-96, I-696, and I-275. It is not far from M-14, which makes it convenient to get to Ann Arbor, too.
