Halsted Hollow is a nice small subdivision with new construction and stately customized colonials (roughly 3000+ square feet). While all of the homes in this subdivision are made of brick (opposed to aluminum siding), these are individually designed. At least, it appears that way.
This Farmington Hills MI subdivision is new, and the trees are not yet mature. So mosquitoes and other bugs should be easier to control than in some of Farmington Hills' more wooded subdivisions. Plus, there will be less raking to do during Autumn.
The opening drive into the subdivision is impressive.
The Halsted Hollow subdivision is near 8 Mile Road. With this location, this is a good thing. It is near the Livonia city border, and there is easy access to shopping and highways (really close to I-275).
The same company that design homes in the magnificent Trillium subdivision (Melonio & Ugorcak, Inc.) designed these homes.
