Brookhill Estates (Brook Hill Estates) is an older Farmington Hills MI subdivision, but it is newer than the attached Greencastle sub. Most of the yards are smaller within this sub than neighboring Greencastle.Most of the homes within this Farmington Hills MI subdivision seem to be from the 1960's and 1970's, but a few might have been built later in the 1980's.
As you can see from the pictures above here, there are many different style and size colonials throughout Brookhill Estates.
Not as many were captured here, but there are plenty of ranches. They, too, vary with their shape (standard, L-shape, and U-shape).
The streets going through the Brookhill Estates subdivision are unique since they are bright cement instead of dirt or asphalt. Many of the lots have mature trees, but the subdivision would not be considered heavily wooded. However, it is not exactly barren, either.
The Brookhill Estates (Brook Hill Estates) subdivision is just south of 12 Mile Road and between Middlebelt Road and Inkster Road.
