Pebblebrook Estates is actual name of this Farmington Hills MI subdivision, but the entry sign says Forestbrook Hills/Pebblebrook Estates. Pebblebrook Estates is only one road that leads to the Forestbrook sub.
Pebblebrook Estates has mostly the same types of homes as Forestbrook does, but it is just not as woodsy. It is nearly as hilly, though, providing its own picturesque neighborhood view. The ranches seem to range from 1950's to 1980's.
The colonials within this subdivision seem to range from 1960's style to late 1970's or early 1980's style.
The yards are mostly larger, typical of the early concept township style subdivisions, and many of them are on the bottom or top of a hill, opposed to resting on more standard flat land.
