Indianbrook is a small Farmington Hills MI subdivision.
There are mostly older small to mid-size ranches in this subdivision.
Occasionally, there is a bigger ranch, and there are two newer ranches within this Farmington Hills MI subdivision, also.
There are two or three tri-level homes, also.
There was one newer colonial that was different in size and style than the rest of the subdivision.
The Indianbrook subdivision is north of 11 Mile Road (south of the I-696 underpass) and west of Halsted Road. The only entrance into the subdivision is on Halsted Road.
It is near M-5 East, which provides a nice feed into I-96, I-696, and I-275. It is not far from M-14, which makes it convenient to get to Ann Arbor, too.
