Waddell-Wilcox-Rydall Company's Kemberton Park is a mid-size Farmington Hills MI subdivision. It has a lot of different types of homes, but the majority of them are older and a perfect size for a starter home or a first real estate investment.

Westlake is a medium size Farmington Hills MI subdivision. The south and southwest corner of this subdivision is exclusively brick starter ranch homes. The other portions mix colonials and ranches, and there are more colonials than ranches in these sections. The homes were mostly built in the 1960’s.


There are many ranches within this subdivision, especially in the original Westlake sub (opposed to Westlake No. 2 or Westlake No. 3). There are mostly standard and L-shaped, but there are a couple U-shaped ones, also.

It is accessible from Middlebelt Road by going through either Waddell-Wilcox-Rydall Company's Kemberton Park or the Supervisor's Middlebelt and Ten Mile Road Plat No. 1.

Tarabusi Grand River Gardens is a small Farmington Hills MI subdivision. It is only part of three (3) streets.
