The Reserve at Woodcreek subdivision is a small (about 15 homes) but beautiful subdivision with newer colonials built in the early 2000's. The homes have about 4000 square feet of space.



There are not many trees in this Farmington Hills MI subdivision. Of those trees, most are not mature, except a few evergreen trees. The landscaping for most of the lots is really nice, though.


There are basically four (4) different designs, yet the homes still seem customized.


The entry into the complex is somewhat impressive, too. Both sides of the entry street have these nicely manicured bushes surrounding the elegant looking signage.

The Reserve at Woodcreek subdivision is just north of 12 Mile Road and Middlebelt Road intersection.

It is just over a mile to the nearest entrance to I-696, which is a convenient highway to begin your journey to most places within the northern suburbs of Detroit Metro and other places within Michigan.

The Enclave of Heatherwood subdivision is a small but really nice subdivision with newer bigger colonials (roughly 2500 square feet). Actually, these houses are listed as condos, but they are separate units. The "homes" in this subdivision are mostly brick.


There are not many trees in this subdivision. Of those trees, most are not mature, except a few evergreen trees.

The "houses" in this Farmington Hills MI subdivision are behind the other condominiums. So they are not easily found, and there likely will be plenty of privacy.

The Enclave of Heatherwood subdivision is just north of 12 Mile Road and Middlebelt Road intersection. There are trees and a fence on the subdivision boarders to improve the privacy.
