Krave's Grand River Heights is a medium size Farmington Hills MI subdivision. This is a township style subdivision. Kuznar Site Condos is an extremely small subdivision in Farmington Hills MI.

The official name says that they are condos, but these are stand alone units.

Kuznar Site Condos is a cul-de-sac with only a few houses.


Most of the houses are colonials.


There is one ranch house.


The entry into Kuzar Site Condos subdivision looks nice. The drive on Goldsmith Road to get to the subdivision looks rural and like you are taking a road to nowhere, but then you see a pleasant surprise when you see this sub at the first intersection.

The Kuznar Site Condos is north of 8 Mile Road with an entry from Goldsmith Road, which is a north spur from 8 Mile Road. Kuznar Site Condos are west of Goldsmith Road.

This is just across the street from Livonia, and it is near I-275, which provides a nice feed into I-96, I-696, and M-5 North. It is not far from M-14, which makes it convenient to get to Ann Arbor, too.
