Woodbine is a medium size Farmington Hills MI subdivision. This is an older concept township style subdivision. The yards are a little larger than they are in the standard subdivision. There is a mix of house sizes and ages, but many of the houses are older.


This subdivision has a lot of older traditional ranch homes. Many of them are the larger rambling ranch type.



There are a few tri-level homes.


There are a few colonial homes.


Here are a couple of views from streets within the Woodbine subdivision. This sub is moderately wooded in some parts, but it is heavily wooded in many other parts. There are many mature trees within this subdivision, and several of them hang over the streets.


Several houses cannot be seen very well, because there are so many trees.

The Woodbine subdivision is north of 10 Mile Road, and it is between Middlebelt Road and Inkster Road. The are two entrances into this subdivision, but they both are from 10 Mile Road.

Old Farm Colony is a small Farmington Hills MI subdivision. This is an older concept township style subdivision. The yards are a little larger than they are in the standard subdivision. There is a mix of house sizes and ages, but many of the houses are older.


This subdivision has a lot of older traditional ranch homes, most likely built in the 1950's or 1960's. A few of them appear to be built in the 1970's or 1980's, though.


There is an occasional raised ranch home.


There are several colonial homes. Most of these are classic style, built in the 1960's.


Here are a few views from streets within the Old Farm Colony subdivision. This sub is moderately wooded. There are many mature trees within this subdivision, and several of them hang over the streets in some parts.

There are several unique homes in the back portion of the subdivision, after you cross the bridge.

The Old Farm Colony subdivision is south of 10 Mile Road and west of Inkster Road. The only entrance into this subdivision is from 10 Mile Road.
