Pleasant Valley Farms is a medium size Farmington Hills MI subdivision. However, there are only a few streets within it. Many of the yards in this subdivision are really large. There is a mix of homes within this subdivision, and they were built from the 1950's until much more recently.

There are many ranches within this subdivision. Some are the older, class looking ranches, but some are newer.

There is a wide variety of different colonial home types here.

There are some tri-levels and quad-levels.

Here are some street views within the subdivision. Most of this subdivision is moderately wooded and hilly. Some of this sub is heavily wooded, though.

The Pleasant Valley Farms subdivision is north of 11 Mile Road and east of Drake Road. There are direct entrances into this subdivision from Drake Road and from Pleasant Valley Road, which is a short extension of 11 Mile Road.

Old Homestead East (Old Homestead Sub No. 1) is a small Farmington Hills MI subdivision. It is an extension of Old Homestead West, but it on the opposite side of Drake Road. The homes within this subdivision were mostly built in the 1950's, 1960's, and 1970's, but there are some newer homes, too.

The entrance sign calls this subdivision Old Homestead East, but the city subdivision map refers to this area as Old Homestead Sub No. 1 (opposed to Old Homestead West, which has a legal name of Old Homestead Sub).

There are several colonials within this subdivision.

There are mostly ranches. Some of them are rambling ranch homes.

There are some tri-levels and quad-levels.

Here is a street view within the subdivision. There are several sections with mature trees, but this is a moderately wooded subdivision. Some portions of the sub are more wooded than others, but most of the yards have older trees.

The Old Homestead East (Old Homestead Sub No. 1) subdivision is north of 11 Mile Road and east of Drake Road. There is a direct entrance into this subdivision from Drake Road, but it is also accessible from Pleasant Valley Road, which is a short extension of 11 Mile Road, by going through Pleasant Valley Farms.

Trillium is a small Farmington Hills MI subdivision. It is connected with Oxford Estates and has the same entrance. The homes within this subdivision were built between the mid 1990's to the early 2000's, and the subdivision sits on large rolling hills.

The homes in the Trillium subdivision are really large--essentially mansions, and the yards in this subdivision are pretty large, also. Many of the backyards are really wooded, and some of them sit on top of large hills that overlook the other homes.

There are really large colonials within this subdivision.

There are mansions.

There are castle-like mansions that sit on top of large hills.

There is even a ranch home.

There is a neat view on the side as you enter the subdivision. The pond and the fountain make a nice visual welcome.

There are a couple of unique boulder walls within Trillium. (Click on the picture to get a closer look.)

This is a view of the entrance into the subdivision. It has a nice garden in its boulevard divider.

The Oxford Estates subdivision is between 11 Mile Road and 12 Mile Road, and it is east of Drake Road. There is only one direct entrance into this subdivision, and it is from Drake Road.
