Green Hill (Green Hill Commons) is an medium size subdivision in Farmington Hills MI. The homes within this subdivision were built in the late 1970's.

The name on the entry sign says Green Hill, but the city subdivision map says Green Hill Commons. This subdivision shares the same entrance as the Green Hill Apartments.


Many of the homes within this Farmington Hills MI subdivision are colonials.


There are some different styles of mid-size ranch houses.


There are a few tri-level homes.


One of the benefits of being so close to a large apartment complex is that it shares a nice almost college-like grassy quad area. The park is a nice, large, and open, and there is a walking path.

The Green Hill (Green Hill Commons) subdivision is north of 9 Mile Road and between Halsted Road and Drake Road. There is a direct entrance into this subdivision on Halsted Road, and it is also accessible from 8 Mile Road by taking Metroview Road for about one-half of a mile.

Kuznar Site Condos is an extremely small subdivision in Farmington Hills MI.

The official name says that they are condos, but these are stand alone units.

Kuznar Site Condos is a cul-de-sac with only a few houses.


Most of the houses are colonials.


There is one ranch house.


The entry into Kuzar Site Condos subdivision looks nice. The drive on Goldsmith Road to get to the subdivision looks rural and like you are taking a road to nowhere, but then you see a pleasant surprise when you see this sub at the first intersection.

The Kuznar Site Condos is north of 8 Mile Road with an entry from Goldsmith Road, which is a north spur from 8 Mile Road. Kuznar Site Condos are west of Goldsmith Road.

This is just across the street from Livonia, and it is near I-275, which provides a nice feed into I-96, I-696, and M-5 North. It is not far from M-14, which makes it convenient to get to Ann Arbor, too.

Heritage Village is the name on the sign when you enter this subdivision within Farmington Square (Meadowglen); however, we included Farmington Square in the title to separate it from Heritage Village Condos off Drake Rd.


There are brick and Tudor style colonial homes within this Farmington Hills MI subdivision.


There are ranch homes within this sub, too.


The middle of this subdivision (where the road turns--despite two street names, it only has one street) has a divider that adds a nice visual change.

The Heritage Village-Farmington Square subdivision is north of 9 Mile Road and between Haggerty Road and Halsted Road. There is a not direct entrance into this subdivision from either major road, but this subdivision is accessible from 9 Mile Road and Halsted Road by going through Farmington Square (Meadowglen).
